Hey Bob B,

I used Elmer's Craft Bond spray adhesive (sparingly) to secure the felt to 
the bar, and then I wrapped twine around it while the adhesive set to make 
sure the felt was contacting all around and it stayed put. It's held up 
very well in the year I've had it on -- it hasn't slipped a bit, I like the 
slightly larger diameter of the grip (compared to just cotton tape on the 
bar), and I like the little bit of cush provided by the felt.
