Looking to do this on the cheap, so some parts will be needed.. I am thinking an Ultraromance-like-one since I have a lot of similar parts...

I actually like the cheap Altus ones a lot more, though may go V-brake?) Some dia-compe non-aero levers Nitto B135 bars Brooks (who doesn't have extras, right?) Suntour Superbe (i think, they ratchet, they're the one's Riv copied w the Silver line) downtube shifters Suntour thumb shifters (ld-2800, i think -they have rubber tips on the shifters though) Depending on how the reach is, thinking either a Nitto Technomic or a Dirt-drop or similar? Depending on the bars, shifters may be downtube or thumb. Suggestions on other parts needed?
