Joe: When the end of your drop bar aligns perfectly with your top tube, you
do 2 things:

1. Install Velox bar end plugs, if you are not using bar end shifters.

2. If you are using bar end shifters, wind a big wad of left over handlbar
tape on the top tube at the point of meeting. Bam! No damage!
