I am 5’11” with an 85 pbh and ride a 56. I use an albastache bar with an 8cm stem or an albatross bar with an 11. Mine is the year they shortened the top tube from 59 (green, first run) to 57.5 if I remember correctly and it fits great. I was initially concerned about the standover height because it got very close when using 45 Smart Sam tires. For that reason I’d be concerned about the 58. On the chance that you might want to max out you tire size, the higher standover might be a problem. Given your proportions, you may have to go to a longer stem but that would depend partially on your arm length, too.
