Apropos of nothing, except that I forgot about it until just now - in the elevator this morning, a guy asked about the Biketinkers Union patch on my Brand V grabsack (purse). I said, “Oh that’s my thing. I like to tinker with bikes, modify them, make them better, or more like I like them. I made these patches and I sell them to my friends.” He said, “Oh, are you into like Rivendell?” I said, “Oh yeah. Pretty deep into Rivendell. That was a good guess!” And then it was his floor.
