1. I personally like to read posts aboutt Rivendell-ish items for sale,
even if I don't want to buy.

2. I agree that these should be limited to "regular" contributors, even if
only to preserve the levels of trust we expect from this list.

3. I personally would not let FS/WTB posts go through for those who haven't
been list participators for a while -- I leave it to others to define
"while." This would prevent the hassle of having to moderate each FS/WTB
post.

4. Define "while."
