For paved road touring, I go with Supremes. I cannot imagine any other tire has a better durability to weight and rolling resistance ratio. The Kojak is a smoother, faster tire, but not as bullet proof. I think the run pretty close to size, but honestly have never bothered measuring. It will be another month or so before I put the Kojaks back on my city bike, so I cannot help you out at the moment.
