Jeremy, my rack/basket/Shop Sack use mirrors yours to a T. It's such a 
perfect setup for most of my rides. 

If I recall, the Mark's Rack is rated by Nitto for a capacity of five 
pounds. The heavy stuff goes in the rear bag.
