Hi Patrick, I checked my memory in a roundabout way and am 97.8 percent sure I'm correct. I have a pair of Carradice Kendal panniers and was considering using those last spring on a tour, and remember thinking that the total volume of the Kendals at 32 liters was about the same as that of my large Saddlesack, so capacity-wise it didn't matter.
