There were Appaloosas that were available as completes. I have a dark green one that I bought as a complete from Riv. Pretty standard Rivendell build - Silver triple crankset, tektro v-brakes, Sunrace thumb shifters, Deore rear derailleur, Choco bars, Alex rims, Deore hubs.
