John, Thank you. I've been riding with this setup for 8 months or so...maybe a bit longer. I ride roads and light trail rides; can't ever say I've ever "mountain biked"...I enjoy a nice saunter into the forest to make coffee and take pictures. I have no complaints about the bars or stem...I also looked into the 3cm (W)right stem...the upside of the Technomic is that I saved a butt-ton of money and that it matches all the silver bits 'n bobs on my bike. I've toured, commuted, and lollygagged with this setup and can definitely reccomend it. Let me know if you have any other questions, I'd be happy to share my experience. ✌
