Clyde, Thanks for the input. I do have some dark blue Tressostar tape, but before I used that, I decide to try to get some other ideas. To me, at least in bright light, the accents are more purple than blue. I've actually been looking at the purple tapes at RBW and SOMA but it's kind of hard on the web to really get a sense of the true color. But your right, they're so thin, who will really be able to notice the difference? Your idea of matching the saddle is intriguing as I have a honey Brooks as well. Brian
