A guy posted a picture to the MMBA forum some time ago that he'd worked out a kludge to fit hydrolic levers to dirtdrop-style drop bars. It wasn't pretty but he was satisfied with it...

Just wish they came in silver! Query: do hydraulic disks not work with disk-specific drop bar levers like those made by Tektro?
