Huh, that is weird. The tan bag on my bike now is a newer version than my black one, too, so maybe they've revised how they hang a bit? How old is yours? The Regal rails are a bit closer together than typical bag loop spacing---I compenstated by angling them outward just a bit and it seems to work fine. I'll see if I can get a shot of it. Steve
