Hi Wyatt, I've got a 62cm Orange Rambouillet mocked up with Compass Switch Back Hill EL tires. The tightest location is at the chainstays with about 3mm clearance each side. I can provide photos if you would like. The wide 650b tires are possible but the frame is lacking clearance for any significant wheel wobble or minor amounts of mud. Christian Berkeley, CA
