That's exactly 1 lb less than my Matthews with full 80 mm wide fenders of double gauge sheet and heavy-duty stays, dynamo lighting f and r, cages, bar-space enhancer, and Revelate frame bag with kit including 4 oz bottle of Orange Seal. Not a horrible weight at all! I've lifted my Matthews over fences, too.
