Ha, ha! I also have an Arbus lock (2 actually), but I'm so afraid of getting my bike stolen. I'm down 5 pounds since our self imposed internment, but it doesn't seem to want to budge from there. Congrats on your accomplishment.
My issue is lifting the bike onto trains, buses, cars racks, carrying it up and down stairs, etc. If I know I'll be doing that, I carry a backpack and put the locks and water into the backpack. Voila, my bike just got 5 pound lighter! Although still heavy for me. I'm glad you're posting. Welcome.
