I feel like 95% of people who try moustache bars come to the same conclusion. I'm not sure if it's because you need a super short stem to make them work, that road levers just don't work very well in this orientation, or if it's because they're just not really that great for most people. I tried about ten years ago and it didn't stick, and I tried again about a year ago to the same effect.
