Matt, I added two pictures of the bike I had it mounted on for reference. I am not sure how the fit will be on a Toyo Atlantis but I was running 26 x 2.15 smart Sam's on cliffhanger rims with a lot of clearance. This is also a good project for someone who wants to modify it further to accept disc brakes.
