i've dabbed in some "liquid nails" and had good results plugging holes with that.. the benefit of LN is that it dries and stays somewhat flexible - but you cannot use the tire for 3-4 days while it's fully curing or it'll just crack.
you can always use the ol' dollar bill trick - wrap the tube over the hole with a dollar.. or double it up between the tube and tire. that will hold until you get around to replacing the tire. i've left tires "patched" like that for months with no ill effects, though only with small punctures, not slices - e.g. no stress edges to make the hole grow. -andrew -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
