Yep, those of us drinking in the rarified high-altitude air on 68 cm frames 
do have that issue with headset presses -- I bought the lovely Stein for 
Riv press that they offered a few years back (a different part of the tool 
pool from H-Z!)  knowing i had to but a new piece of e threaded rod to fit 
my multiple taaallll  head tubes. I think that Riv actually offered a long 
threaded rod optio for those at some point before they disappeared.
