+1 for Pass and Stow racks.

Old Man Mountain is now offering a wider platform Pizza Rack, but haven't 
tried it.

I would also recommend using the widest bars you're comfortable with for 
riding with big front loads, but YMMV.

Confession: I do not like big front loads.
