At the risk of asking an obvious question (not an Apple user), is your Mac 
running the latest OS version, or is it automatically configured to 
download and instal latest OS updates? If not that would be something to 
check. 

OTOH , I googled your version and it is a recent release (Nov 20). Bug or 
feature?
