Without a doubt, this is rarest wool jersey I've dug up so far. For a time, long before Grant Peterson created Rivendell, he ran Bridgestone cycles. I got this jersey to go with my classic XO-1
Its amazing. Made in Italy by Castelli with Kola Nut Buttons and a collar that makes it look like an item for GQ (or Vogue). VERY comfortable Cared for but obviously shows heavy use inherent in a three decades old garment. (eg. check fraying by collar button in first picture. Could use a good one time dry cleaning before use. This is a treasure. NO marked size All wool Pit to Pit: 17.5" Sleeve: 21.5 Neck to Botton: $29" http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170507437542&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT#ht_4290wt_1139 Backstory: At the the behest of my wife, who has the temerity to make me "un-clutter" the closets and storage shed, I'm selling off most of my remaining cycling materials (aka "bike crap") About 5 years back, my right knee went out and my cycling days were numbered. However, I held on to a number of items I just couldn't part with. (Hetchins, Bates (w/ ASC Hub), first generation Rivendell, a TONS of Jerseys and ephemera etc.) Still going through boxes.
