Clearly the answer is to get rid of the DeSalvo and make the Homer your go 
fast bike ; )

Maybe try different bars on the Atlantis if you aren't digging the Billies? 
and throw a rack and/or basket on there like Armand said?

That being said, I'm also a big believer of letting things go if they 
aren't serving you.
