I'm 'tween 200 and 215 depending on the time of year. I have a 64
Rambouillet and a 60 Sam and neither rubs the derailleur.
I get front fender rub on the Ram when standing if the clearance is tight.
One trick I've learned if you do get f/d rub is to customize a cassette with
your high gear at the number 2 position and adjust #1 out of the r/d s
range; In other words one less "speed". This should give you enough
clearance to quell any rubbing.
Good luck.
