Yup.  Although I want to say it may be a 1983.  Want to say the '82
still had Tommaselli brake levers.

That was the 2nd Stumpy I owned.  After the  first (1984 model) was
stolen.  Miss it, but it was rusted away where this was is starting to
rust.

If you want the more modern bike like the Bridgestone, looks like
Handsome Cycles is doing a reproduction of the XO-1
