The best headlight for the money IMO and that of many others is the IQ
Cyo. I have one of these, as well as an Edeluxe and a Fly, and the Cyo
is the best for the money (tho' the Edeluxe is very, very nice). Note
that these lights have sophisticated reflectors that graduate and
properly aim the beam so that you get the amount of light you need
where you need it, unlike the PB and Shimano headlights (at least as I
have heard it said; I've not used the PB and Shimano dyno lights).

This is all and more than you need to know about dyno lights:

For tail lights, do you mean dynamo or battery? I use a 4D Lite Plus
(very odd name, but what can you do about Germans?) dyno light on one
bike and it is very effective. But I dislike the hassle of rear light
wiring, so I use battery tail lights on my other two dyno bikes: the
Spanning XP XB (ditto) bolts nicely to a fender.

Both the 4D and the Spanninga are supplemented by a PB Superflash.
