Will probably order some splats.  Not for this time of year, but for
spring and summer rain.

Not sure on the poncho.  Love the idea.  Just not sure how it would
translate to my actual riding style and bike setup.

Do have the rain pants.  Although wish I had purchased one size up.
They are on the lean side and while I can wear MUSA pants under them,
can't add the third layer of wool not so tights.  One or t'other
only.  Otherwise find them excellent winter/snow pants. Don't have to
worry as much about the muck thrown up by other vehicles.
