I have a 62 cm hunqapillar, noodles, brooks b-17 etc. I've got an LHT
in 62 cm as well. The surly is a great bike. I won't give it up, but
the ride of the hunqa is definitely superior. Handles a load better.
No unwanted flex, while still remaining comfortable and lively to
pedal. It's got huge tire clearances making it more versatile. I've
been riding off road this week through 6 inches of snow on frozen
rutted trail. It's not a bike that needs pampered, get on and dig in
to the pedals despite the terrain. The LHT gets ridden, though I
confess. Not much.
