Folks, I may be missing something here since I don't have hands on experience with that rack, but I'm pretty sure you can use a normal recessed allen bolt (like on any modern sidepull caliper brake) and there is no issue with getting everything fastened down. You might have to drill out the hole in the fender mount or use a Sheldon nut from Problem Solvers, but that should be it.
