Good dark Belgian Chocolate (or Sees for that matter) is available in low carb varieties, although the sugar alcohols they substitute for sugar can make you gassy. Variety is needed for any way of eating, and support. The Low Carb support forum has a large Paleo contingent and many Taubes fans. It's free and has some good analytic tools as well as discussion forums.
