I picked up a Frost River ( who made them for RBW once upon a time) Sawbill bar tube from a list member and I like it a lot. It came with a removable insert poly stiffener, which I prefer to leave in. No center strap, but a rub pad, and rings if you want to tie the ends off to your handlebars (which I don't bother with. I don;t notice it at all when on the move, and it's handy for a camera, wallet, cell phone and rolled up wind vest/jacket, or to put an ear warmer in once the Sun gains traction in its ascent.
