Orange20 is good. Kyle "Trackosaurus Rex" has opened Golden Saddle Cyclery in Sunset Junction which is also supposed to be cool. I also think Topanga Creek Bicycles is worth the extra miles for Mtb and Touring and all things steel but not only. http://www.topangacreekbicycles.com/index.php. Chris and Scott will take care of you and get the whole Rivendell thing. Plus there's tons of great trails up in that area and a shop ride.
