I was using another brand of SS bottle and yes, it did rattle a bit. I switched back to a plastic bottle (RBW-branded, just because). I missed the easy grip and being able to squeeze the bottle when drinking on the bike. So I'm slowly reverting back to my roadie ways. (Next, 120 psi--not.) Steve
