I just read through the 2010 winter projects thread. Pretty entertaining. This winter, I've got a few projects that I'm planning. I'm doing another 650B build. Between my Hilsen and Bombadil, I hardly need another 650B bike, but I wanted to try the low trail skinny tube thing, and I had an extra wheelset. So that's ongoing.
Every bike is going to get another coat of shellac on the handlebars. The ones that have been used the most (Hilsen) or have been on the roof the most (Bomba) need it. The Hilsen will get some drivetrain work to prepare it for another brevet season. I'll also do some optimization of fender lines on all the bikes, possibly making my own spacers if needed.
