I feel compelled to add that I nicked the link that started this thread from one of my LBS's facebook page. It's Loose Nuts (they re- furb'd my wife's '90 rockhopper into a daily rider for my 13 year old, marathons, cork grips, and some other improvements were added.)
There's another local (I'm in Atlanta) called No Brakes, and the first time I walked in the door a nice Bob Jackson was sitting on the floor.
