For more casual cycling attire I prefer the Smartwool Microweight tee's. http://www.moontrail.com/home.php has them for a good price. for shorts I wear Kuhl Renegade shorts. Longer inseam, stretchy fabric and lotsa pockets. I do wear a cycling liner, like the Pearl Izumi ones for longer rides.
