Patrick, I run 60mm Berthoud Fenders with my Atlantis and there's still a good amount of room for 28x50 mm Fat Franks.
When the Fat Franks wear down enough (sometime in the next 4 years) or I get bored (at a whim) I intend to mount 60mm tires and expect no problems at all.
