Thanks all, I've decided to go with upgrading my brakes to Tektro 539s, switching to P45 SKS fenders, and keeping my 32mm pasela TGs (jack browns once they wear out). If anyone wants to sell me some Tektro 539s cool but I'll pick up some on ebay tonight otherwise.
