I think it would be a great idea for you to try out the Jack Browns or maybe even the Grand Bois offering in 32mm. Clearance around the brakes and through the chainstays are the critical places to check if they will fit. In my opinion, you should not worry in the slightest about raising the BB height 4 or 5 mm.
