I would actually recommend against stashing a cellphone into the burrito wrap - you'd be amazed how much vibration does come up through the frame for anyone who tends to vector off onto trails and non-paved routes. I've come home with all the screws rattled out of my reading glasses several times.
Electronic gear and vibration is generally not a good combination.
