One of the things I LOVE about the twin cities is that even in the worst weather, I can count on seeing people out riding bikes. Heck, even frozen lakes can be a good place to ride. I posted an invite on Facebook a couple days ago, and 4 friends showed up at my house this afternoon to ride off road in deep snow. Good times.
