Oh, I realize a Bowler doesn't make a very practical riding hat (unless of course the Giro or Bell folks are dreaming up a Bowler-style helmet)... but it does rather make up for it in pure style. I picked up a nice tweed cap at Muckross House in Killarney, Ireland... it makes a fine riding hat... Just need to comb the local Goodwill for a matching jacket.
