You can make something out of a wire hanger if you're just trying to protect the bag from rubbing on the cable: http://www.flickr.com/photos/cyclotourist/5853075601/in/photostream/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/cyclotourist/5853624744/in/photostream/ Attach it to the seat stay braze-ons and good to go. Won't protect from rubbing on the fender/tire though.
