Michael, sorry I can't help, but you've helped me. I have the same brakes and rack on my daughter's bike. I don't like the Tektros much, because they seem to require too much attention - they have to be adjusted every time the weather changes. I was thinking about the Pauls, but you've convinced me to live with the adjustments.
