Keeps ya healthy!

I actually only use about 1-1.5 oz in the 700c / 26x1 tubes. I have a Stanz
quart jug that I dispense into a 2oz squeeze bottle with a yorker cap. I
cut the tip off the yorker so it essentially threads down onto the valve
stem. I barely file the top off the valve stem so I can remove the nut, let
the core drop down just inside the tube and squirt the sealant in while
pinching the core to prevent it from falling into tube. I do all this with
the tube laying flat on the table so if the core falls all the way out of
the stem into the tube it's easy to work back into place. I can do a set of
tubes in @ 10 minutes. I also dig into the wifes nailpolish and paint a
stripe on the valve stem just below the cap so I know I've sealed it. I
rinse out the 2oz bottle and just reuse it for the next set.
