Well I've taped the bars but still dialing in the overall ride of Saluki. So I may need a tiny adjustment but since they're already on the bike I may have to use the carpenter's level method. Many thanks for that info!
But I recently bought a torque wrench so my little tidbit is that I wouldn't ride until everything is torqued per specs.
