Not sure what size your Hunq is but I took my 65cm Homer to Ft Collins, CO last year<https://plus.google.com/photos/113148323994353762329/albums/5725877484894170945?banner=pwa>on the Greyhound. I got it to fit into a box from my LBS but had to remove fenders, racks, seat, hbars, pedals, and wheels.
FYI... I would not recommend riding the dog with any sort of scent sensitivities. For one leg we were next to a woman who habitually spritzed Old Spice to combat the bus odor.
