For my wife's Betty I managed to squeeze a dyno light on the front of a rack using a slightly bent canti brake mount. This was to clear a medium Wald. Not sure about clearing a Large.
I have also used a homemade version of a Paul Gino mount to do a fork mount on the mid-fork braze-on. The rack stays were mounted on the inside of the braze-on. The Mini-front is not going to work on a Betty, though. You will need a Mark's Rack or another rack with an appropriate diving board for the caliper brake bolts.
